Mealime alternative: keep your recipes after the shutdown

What happened to Mealime
From Mealime's closing notice, as of October 22, 2026:
- Mealime was discontinued on October 21, 2026.
- Albertsons Companies, which bought Mealime in 2021, moved its recipes and meal-planning tools to Meals Hub in its grocery store apps and websites. Meals Hub is free and includes the Mealime recipes.
- Pro subscribers are no longer charged.
- Some preferences and settings have to be set up again in Meals Hub.
- All personal data is deleted when the app shuts down.

How to move your Mealime favorites into Meally
- Get Meally on iPhone or Android. It's free to start.
- Find the recipe on mealime.com. Its public recipe pages were still online on October 22, 2026.
- Copy the link and paste it into Meally, or share the page from Safari or Chrome to Meally. The ingredients, steps, servings, time and photo come in.
- Only have a screenshot? Import the photo instead.
- Plan your week. Put recipes on days in the meal planner, then tap Generate shopping list.
